How does the challenge work?

There will be an initial, mid and final weigh in. In order for results to qualify, they must be submitted within the allowed time frame that is scheduled ahead of time. Any results submitted too early or after the final date will not be accounted for and will not have a chance at winning our competition challenge. A calendar with important dates will be coming soon.

All participants will be assigned to a coach depending on their home gym location.
